Respect and Dignity: Every member of our team, from actors to technical staff, deserves respect and dignified treatment. We expect fair and respectful treatment towards everyone, irrespective of their role, gender, age, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.

Zero Tolerance for Bullying and Harassment: Any form of bullying, harassment, or other unacceptable behaviours is not tolerated. This includes both physical and verbal behaviours that cause discomfort, fear, or distress.

Safe Environment: We create an environment where people feel safe, promoting openness, trust, and mutual support. We expect everyone to contribute to this environment by treating others with respect and understanding.

Open Communication: Clear, open, and regular communication is the foundation of a safe working environment. Any safety-related changes should be communicated immediately to all relevant parties.

Safety First: Safety is our top priority. No one should be forced to work under unsafe conditions or carry out tasks beyond their expertise or safety training.

Responsibility: Every team member is responsible for their own safety and the safety of their colleagues. We expect everyone to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols and report any potential safety risks.

Training and Education: We will provide the necessary training and education to ensure the safety of our team. We expect every team member to attend these educational sessions and adhere to the learned procedures.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations: All our operations and activities will comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards concerning work safety.

Ethics and Integrity: We expect every team member to act with ethical integrity, meaning not only adhering to these rules but also the spirit behind them.

Response to Incidents: In case of any incident, we commit to a swift, transparent, and effective response. All incidents and near-misses will be carefully investigated to determine their causes and adopt measures to prevent their recurrence.

This code of conduct is binding for all employees, suppliers, and visitors at our workplaces. We expect everyone to adhere to these principles, and together we will create a safe and respectful working environment.
